Hi am a Videocon D2H customer and am using Videocon D2h past 4 years,
The last December I requested for relocation and they send engineer to install the devices and it work fine and we paid RS.400 as a relocation charges.
But they have deducted RS.400 my d2h account without any information.I made a call to customer care and they told the deducted amount for December relocation and informed them that we already paid to the Engineer and no one told us the amount will be deducted from the D2h account, finally they agreed for the refund with in 8 working hours and restore the service, but they never refunded.
