Videocon D2H — defect not being attended | |||
Hi there, I am writing this mail post my really bad experience with videocon d2h services. Its been almost 03 weeks i have been continuously calling videocon d2h customer care and registering complaints w. R. T to my signal reception issues. Many of my hd channels are not coming. Their service engineer had attended the problem and rectified it once however the problem surfaced again the next day. Post this i have registerd some 03 complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] from 14 oct 18. However either they are being closed on context of my phone not being reachable (Which cant be true) or some other context. Their customer care executives make me keep waiting for long hours without any professional approach or problem solving idea. They just keep saying "line pe bane rahe" they dont know anything more than that. This is ridiculous as i have never faced such kind of problem for a minor glitch. I really dont understand why cant their service engineer come over and resolve the issue. Please look into the issue and resolve it asap. Thanks Loknath Was this information helpful? | |||
