My d2h balance 400 rs deducted twice on 26th december from that day i’m raising complaints and they are saying 8working hours but till now it is not resolved and they suggested me to do recharge i spoke with more than 15 different people every time they are putting me on hold for for more than 45 min and call disconnecting
Abhishek, govind are given wrong information to even though they are managers they don’t know how to talk and many people disconnected my call. They don’t know how much time i spent to reach them
Finally after 17 days they are saying complaint close we had to raise again
Is this the comedy to them
I want tou people to take action an them
Actually i had to pay 400 to them for relocation but the deducted 400 rs twice
Till now i don’t have balance to recharge
And they are not giving my money back
Now customer care people are put my call on hold for hour and call was disconnected
I don’t have choice to reach them
So please take action on them
