[Resolved] Videocon D2H — double charges deducted for replacement of set top box. | |||||
My customer. Id 58711313 and rtn is [protected]. My set top box was replaced by service technician due recording failure and cost for the same rs.200+200 paid in cash to tecnician. Few hours later rs.200 was deducted from my account towards the cost of set top box. Compliant has registered with customer care and told rs.200 will be reverted back to my account. But till now not closed by my compliant in fact every day registering my compliant. Was this information helpful? | |||||
