Videocon D2H — Engineer visit service charges Rs. 250 | |||||
Customer ID[protected] I have been customer for four years, same happened to me today. I was getting an error, after complaint they asked "engineer will visit you and charges will be applicable in case of any defective part". If engineer visit for rectifying the error they need to confirm for engineer visit service charges Rs. 250. After my confirmation only they want to take complaint. I really got surprised to listen this, Rs. 250 for what and warranty is only 1 month. Though I logged complaint, Videocon D2H is now cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As confirmed by engineer it is signal issue.
But videocon d2h charged to customers for signal issues.
Excellent service provider if we do complaint to customer care they will charge Rs. 200 in future.
