Videocon D2H — failure to activate the channel on my secondary/mirror connection

Address:Dehu road kiwale, Pune, Maharashtra

Almost 100 times called to customer care regarding channel activation on my secondary connection but no one is there to activate this. Even i sent mail to customer care but no response from their end. When i mentioned i don't want this connection please refund my amount they are saying that there is no policy for this. They are not doing activation as well as not going to refund my amount

I had registered the complaint on 1 june 2019, the complaint number is[protected], about my service and after many days the complaint haven't resoleved, so i request you to take strictly action against videocon d2h
