Videocon D2H — Faulty remote of videocon d2h not able to use the product; not refunding money | |||
The remote given to me by videocon d2h was faulty from the start. I complained repeatedly to change the remote, no one came from the company for three months. I had to pay Rs 350 to purchase a new remote after three months of waiting as they said that the warranty has expired now. Recently, the second remote has stopped working again. I have recently recharged my subscription (during which the second remote was working) for six months for Rs. 3990 on 18th August 2016. Now the remote has stopped working again, I called up videocon d2h customer care, they said I will have to pay Rs.325 for the engineer's visit or I can buy a new remote again for Rs.350. I wish to cut the connection of my videocon d2h. I do not wish to buy a third remote. Without the remote the product is not working. However after calling and emailing to videocon d2h, they have simply refused to cut the connection saying there is no problem with the signal.
