[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — For demanding extra charges

I have put a request for new RF remote which service request No.54957921 on dated 13th of october and cust executive told me to paid Rs.275/- for new remote.
but on next day i.e.14th of oct i have received 3 times time delay message and finally before during visit engg asked me to paid Rs.375/- which i am not willing to pay, same time company engg arrogantly told me to not deliver remote without Rs.100 extra.
same time i called customer care for to reconfirm about charge but they said me not pay above Rs.275/- and make complaint on official mail.
without any delay i was mail complaint of [protected]@d2h.com on dated 14th oct from my personal email id.
still i am not get any response from their side and finally they closed my request without my prior information mentioning reason that i am not ready to pay charge which is totally wrong..i was ready to pay Rs.275/- which is actual charge but not ready pay extra Rs.100/- which is not included.
finally i called customer care on 15th OCT for complaint about fraudly closing of my service request without delivering me RF remote but instead of taking complaint about this case they create new request No.55222750 and on today i.e.16th oct local engg called me for inquiry and told same thing to pay extra Rs.100/- as home visit charge which is totally not acceptable and not delivering remote to me.
finally due to 4 days switch of TV and helplessness i have arranged remote from local market but behavior of both company and local executive i was faced so much stress during this 4 days.

so its my humble request to take necessary action on this company.
