Dear sir / ma'am, We have d2h connection of videocon d2h, customer id is[protected]. On 10 April, we have recharged for which the end of subscription date is 19 april, but on 14 april they are displaying that for insufficient balance it is discontinued. Customer care exec told that the engineer has charged rs. 200 that is deducted but we had already paid the charge to the engineer when he has visited our home for servicing. This is totally fraud case done by the d2h service provider. Why the customer has to suffer if we had already recharged our connection. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

how to select multiple channel package list for d2h as we have to select one package at a time . It is very complicated to do so. So please tell us the procedure for making selection and payment
