Videocon D2H — HD Channels not play for few days and searching software update after each 30 minutes and reboot STB.

Dear Sir, My Customer ID is[protected]. Since Dec 31, 2014 My STB is display massage searching for software updates and rebooting automatically after each 30 minutes. Now from Jan 03, 2015 HD Channels are not play only SD channels are playing and some channels sound has not been coming...please do something positive. Without seeing any thing on DTH our recharges has been loss. For This problem i call customer care number they told that his engineer comes in 24 hours. But Now 48 Hours no anyone come or called.
