Videocon D2H — hd setup box not installed with rf remote

I am using D2H connection with user I'd[protected] and I have request thru customer care mirror connection with HD setup box with RF remote in month of Jan 2020.

I am trying connect with customer care from last 2 month but they are not providing me proper resolution.

So you are requested to please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
