Videocon D2H — I am not getting my channels since 10 days

After the new rules of trai my previous channels were disconnected
Since i have 2 setup boxes in my name now i am able to select channels for my primary setup box only i am not able to see any channels in my secondary setup box
I have been complaining about that since 10 days but in vain
Kindly help me to resolve my issue
