Videocon D2H — I never received any feedback in 24 hours. | |||||
Sir, i had call at the D2H costumer care and i inform them i have to change my setup box, they informed me the charges and also the time, according to the rule they must be resolve my problem within 24 hours but i is more then 36 hours spend but nothing happen and when i called they said they have write a complain from me and now it will take more 24 hours to solve the the problem. as i know the rules it is ridicules that they get complain them self against there person it is not possible so that is the response i am complaining here i need you take response as soon as possible and ask them either to change there terms and policy and say the truth or else i will not pay anything for charges. They are just wasting the time and giving the wrong information, they are breaking the law of RTI. always the information i am getting from them is prove wrong, third time when i called the supervisor said my sett up box will be replace whiting next 2 hours but still after spend 5 hours i didn't receive any reply . also the supervisor has hangup my call and when i ask next time when i call and get transfer that man said he didn't hangup and said you are lying. it is the worst thing which i ever herd. why do i hangup and call again to wait to get transfer while i know they are taking long time to transfer.
