[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — incorrect charging post relocation

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110096

They charged me twice for relocation and after 4 days of complaint still not able to resolve. Highly incompetent customer service as well equally incompetent nodal officer (Firdous).

Called customer service more than 100 times out of which connected more than 10 times, spoke to 5 different supervisors and even escalated this issue to firdous (Nodal officer) but no proper response. Alas!!
