[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — issue for service

Dear Sir/Madam, My d2h id is 76728536. Problem:-2nd of September I made a complaint stating I am not able to view anything and then the rep told d2h will arrange for a technician visit at home and it will charged 150 rs to me I agreed for that. Here on I waited for 48hrs and no one turned up and then finally on 5th morning I myself fixed the antena and tv started working. The same date I remembered that I have to recharge my account to. So, I have recharge my account with 400 rs. But in the meanwhile d2h people disconnected my service evening around 7pm. After waiting for 3hrs I made a call to the customer care to ask why I am not able to watch the tv. They started telling they will deduct 150 rs from my account because I made a complaint on 2nd. Now my question is when I have not avail any of the service for what reason I should pay that 150rs. Then 6th September I got a call from the d2h and representative told me sir its a fault from d2h side sorry for the inconvenience. I am arranging technician visit it will be free of cost for you and when I asked about that 150rs he also confirmed that if at all that 150 rs is getting deducted will be refunded and we both agreed on this.. and the complaint number is[protected]for reference). Now 7th September technician visited at my home and he confirmed there is no signal issue the account is deactive from the d2h side and he asked me to talk to customer care. (That means there was no problem at all intentionally d2h is doing all this just make some extra profit). When I called they forcefully deducted the amount and told me that I have to pay there is no go because I made a complaint on 2nd September and even though no one visited at my place and try to talk to me. My quetion what kind of policy or customer service is this where in I have not availed any of service and for that I have to pay 150rs. Please someone suggest me for what reason I should pay 150rs
