Videocon D2H — issue in billing amount - cust id[protected] | |
I am using videocon d2h for last 5 years. My videocon d2h account id 12649881. I am getting charged additional amount of rs. 34 for last 3 weeks. I selected popular tamil combo worth rs. 196.85 (Includes gst + ncf charges) and kids add-on worth rs. 36 (Includes gst) and individual channels worth rs. 4.5 (Includes gst). The total amount here is nearly rs 238 only. However i am getting charged rs. 273 per month. I raised the concern and lodged a complaint 2 weeks back - complaint number[protected] I called many times to the customer care, but the issue is not yet resolved. Also, i raised the concern in customer care mail as well 2 days back, but no response till now. I think this wrong billing is happen for all customers in videocon d2h, hence i request trai involvement here to escalate this issue and resolve this asap. Was this information helpful? | |
