Videocon D2H — kids channel is not display on the tv

I am old videocon d2h user. I phoned videocon customer care but customer care is not responding to my call. My d2h recharge 300rs already done 20/02/2019 date. But the channel is not display on the tv screen. Tv screen shows - channel is not part of subscription. Kindly contact our customer care for further information. I phoned customer care but customer care is not responding to my call. Please registered my complaint and solve the problem. Customer id[protected].
