[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Lapses in providing services and unnecessary charges

My videocon d2h set top box was not working. There was some software problem.
I called there toll free number and described the problem. They told that it is a problem which can't be solved from our end. U need a technician service for which rs 200 will be charged.
When the technician came, he sorted it out in only 1 minute. Only the problem was of system refreshment. Technician told me that u have to press only 4 buttons from remote to sort out this problem and there was no need for me to come. I paid him service charges(200 rs).
If videocon d2h customer support have provided proper information then there was no need to call their technician and to pay him.
They didn't provided proper solution just to make/earn profit their company by forcing me to pay 200 rs extra.
When I called again their customer care they felt sorry for this but refused to refund the 200 rs.
Because of the inadequate knowledge of customer care executive, I was deprived of the services for which I had paid in advance and also they frauded of 200 rs back.
I want my 200 rs back and also compensation for the interruption in service and also for the harassment.
