Dear trai, I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[56154800]. Since from last3 to 4 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes automatically deactivation of channels, frequent unfair balance deductions. I have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month from jan till now. Also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again. I have 2 set top boxes (Mirror set top box) and i have recharge it in every month but still i am not able to see all channels which i have selected under the trai rule. I called many times but they are saying that we are working on migration so you need to take add-on for that... Means i need to pay more for that channels but i have already paid amount for all channels. Every time they are avoiding. I tried many to call them but their customer care number is not getting connected and this happen most of the time. As it's happening again and again i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h. Why did you start lock in period in channels you are forcing customer to watch the channel for one month
