Videocon D2H — long term recharge

I am customer of d2h for the past ten years. I have made a long term recharge of my plan new south platinum hd on december 19 2018 for two years as i wanted to continue in this package. Keeping in view that long term term recharge have to be honoured even after new regulations of trai come in to force. But suddenly today i. E april 8 2019 they have blacked out many channels and on enquiry informed that due to new trai regulations only few channels shall be available which is in dire violation to directives from trai that ltr shall continue unless specifc request is made from the side of the customer. Hence i request that my package be restored in full as per trai directions. My customer id is 52671566.
