Videocon D2H — misleading customers on new trai rules and regulation and not changing the plan as per request by customer | |||||
Videocon d2h service is not following new trai guidelines and harassing customer by always saying server is down and please call after one hour. Suddenly they also disconnect phone when we ask to de active the channels as they migrated their own plans to the customers. I am calling them since last three days and they are not resolving my concern. Kind request to take appropriate action on videocon d2h services for violating norms and misleading, harassing and cheating with customer to make money by unnecessarily loading their plans and packages.
