Hi,

I reported 1 problem earlier last week. The set up box replacement done but unfortunately my expiry date got reduced from November 6th or 7th to October 27th, 2020. WHY THIS HAPPENED. Also several channels got activated without my knowledge and i was informed via email that issue fixed. I am trying to reach out the customer support from Noida and chennai but no one is responding. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN SOLVE MY ISSUE ??

I have lodged complaint fir non functioning of D2H on 19/7/2021.so far nobody has responded. To my surprise my complaint has been closed. When spoke to customer care they are asking to again lodge complaint but no sending anyone to resolve the issue. We are unable to contact anyone to sort out the problem
