Dear trai,
Iam mahesh velisala who is subscriber of videocon d2h id number :[protected].
3 days back rs. 221 deducted from my account because of "technical mistake of company"
The custumercare executive said that "that was company mistake" and "your amount will refund shortly" but there was no amount refund to me.
I was so many times call to custumer care but no proper respond and the supervisor was also busy. It was very reddiculess
So please do action on videocon d2h due to their irresponsiblity about customers.
