The complaint no.[protected] was first lodged on 23 June 2015 and I was assured to get it rectified within 24 hrs. Till date the complain is open and i have been continuously calling and lodging the complain daily on 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of June 2015. Every time i have been given assurance of getting it rectified on urgent basis but till date no service engineer have called or turned up. I have been lodging complain to supervisors and sr, supervisors since 26 June and still thing is not rectified. It is really disgusting and shame on the part of Videocon D2h. Pathetic service!!
