Videocon D2H — my package is not migrated and company is harassing me from last five days.

Customer ID is[protected].The Company is bothering me.when calling the customer care, he disconnects the phone.Transfer the phone with the customer care to its higher authority and after 10 minutes call he disconnect the phone from last five days.already i am create own pack but company was not active.sometimes Assamese language with customer care ever speaks bengali language then disconnects the phone and please register harassment case.
