Videocon D2H — Negligence in solving the problem

Dear Sir/Madam, On 9th of February 2014 @ around 4.15pm, I have Complained to customer care regarding my validity then they told that by their mistake "STAR WORLD PREMIER HD" Channel as activated that's why your amount has been deducted so we will mail regarding the amount refund by one or two days, they said, i spoke to each and every one of your Supervisors and Managers no one has not responding properly and no one has not solved my problem till today Yesterday(24/02/14) I spoke to Mr.Suresh He is the main In charge person for Mysore he is giving me very careless answer. These people are showing very rude behaviour with the customers they never care our problems and they are not taking any initiative decision, and we don't have any choice to escalate the problem Kindly see the matter and solve my problem before first week of March 2014.
