Nil service delivery from company towards restoring and resuming cut-off signal cut since 19th may'2016, a period of 12 days with series of complaints (5-6nos.) booked since last 27th may'19
D2h connectivity services cut-off since last 19th may'16 till date;

Complaint shared with the dealer since 20th may'16, the dealer suggested to book complaint through toll free no. [protected]; went on tour and returning on 26th may'16 found the stereotype situation existing and served direct complaint on the no. Shared by the dealer - discussed the incident with 2 nos. Of customer care executives (Cces) and booked complaints twice on being assured to be contacted by concerned "company technical experts" within a hour but no one turned till 10pm from the morning; again lodged complaint with another 3 nos. Of central cces calling from new delhi to pursue the service delivery status; on acknowledging that no technical experts have came yet they assured that it will be restored by 8pm in the night and it was on 28th evening but finally no one even walked-in or contacted over phone on that day; on 29th i remained pro-busy with a series of meetings and personal scheduled agenda's for which i could least re-complaint and pursue the older ones; again on 30th i ringed the cces on the toll free no. And re-booked the complaint with a cce named "sangeeta behera" but till now no one has turned-up to restore the telecast services with the "set top box" still displaying the message of "no signal" on the tv screen. Besides on 19th dec'16, my a/c balance was 241.44 which has been "deducted without providing any services to an amount of rs. 10/- as on date" or even less than that at the time of reporting"which clearly brings into picture"the exploitation of a customer by videocon d2h". Besides, each time i am having dailouges with the cces they are saying that your complaint has not been booked and i am booking it right now, whereas, the previously booked complaints have already provided me with unique codes to shared with"technical experts"with further query over phone who will be visiting my home to fix and solve the problem; besides, some centrally placed cces emerged additional nuisance disturbing by prompting with twice or thrice calls"how can we help you"to which i everytime retaliated by responding that"please ensure your services in response to previously served complaints".

Anticipated solution: (1) technical experts to visit my home no sooner to fix and settle the problem finally so that d2h services be resumed and streamlined unlike before as a healthy d2h service; (2) the amount deducted from my a/c since 19th feb'16 till date need to be restored till date; (3) the company should ensure and record my complaints imparting it a single code and pursue its' service progress instead of every time asking that"what can we do for you"which is a bitter irony and a paradox; (4) the company should pay me compensation for destroying my"right for entertainment"for which i hired and availed its' services which has been interrupted since last 12 days'; (5) company should compensate me for all those pains and agonies and those unexpected domestic hardships that i had to entertain with my spouse on"account of the not been able to restore the interrupted d2h services"as the major source of their entertainment and idling away time; (6) the company needs to be heavily penalized for"procrastinating with extension of minimum services in form of physical progress which has been completely nill till today"; (7) the company propelled me to remain absent minded and psychologically disturbed on account of continuing"signal failure of d2h services"for which i remained aloof and absent-minded from delivering my regular official assignments and in timely producing & delivering them with minimum documentation and reporting for which i was blamed by my authority (Manager); the company has to pay me additional compensation of 3500/- rupees which i had incurred in additional to drop my spouse and children at my in-laws village situated at a distance of 75kms in jajpur district from bhubaneswar, the capital city of odisha, as my spouse and children complained of and resorted to ensure their entertainment with summer vacations of my daughter continuing since last week of mar'16 after her class - 2 exams; (7) the company should compensate me for all those psychological pains, stress and strain those i have unwantedly entertained without any alternatives till date; (7) the company should compensate me for a"half-day leave" that i applied to be at home in-order to receive the technical experts from the company on 29th of may'16 but no one came and even contacted over phone.
