Videocon D2H — no action on complaint

Sir/mam i purchased videcon led and one year platinum sUbcriptiOn free.but now a days i have some Problem face.my card no.is [protected] registered on my name prashant.i do complaint againest problem now after 1 week no solution given by ur side.my complaint no.is[protected].pls tell me what do i.i spend approx 200rs.in phone and miss my all matches and program.now Finally i replace videocon and get airtel d2h.videcon d2h is very poor in servIce.
