Videocon D2H — NO SERVICE.

i shifted my videocon D2H previous address to current address by your engineer on 19 april 2015 and paid amount RS. 300/ engineer is credited my account id 76246770 again i recharge RS. 241/ ON 21 APRIL 2015 AFTER 9 P.M. still i am not able to active my service. your customer care staff is saying engineer is not credit payment in your account . i am totally fedup your service.pls resolve it immediately. other wise i chage it or legally fight. customer id[protected]complaint no[protected] i got your message - 245.35 account balance. 21.4.2015 on 9.40 pm recharge refrence no[protected] THANKS & REGARDS PRAMOD KUMARMOB- [protected]HO-NO- 89, A-BLOCK, BHAGWATI GARDEN EXTENSION UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI -59
