I have raised a complaint saying Videocon D2H is not working... Even after 15 complaints no one responded for the issue.. when we call back customer service they raise a new complaint saying technician will resolve issue in 8 working hours.
From 21st May to 6th June am calling them daily and they say the same thing again and again
If my feedback really values I request now to opt for such idiotic and worst service.. i[censored]r looking for new connection please don't opt for Videocon D2H service.. u can look for other options.. Was this information helpful? |
