[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — nodal officer and customer care complaint

Hello i have tried multiple time to contact customer care for issue related to selection of hd channel after new trai rule implementation. But they are not responding and since 01.02.2019 they are saying that there are some issue in selecting hd channels we are rectifying for customers. Still customer cann't select hd channels on www.d2h.com.
When contacted nodal officer he is also not replying on e mails and not picking call even his e mail id and contact no. Of office is mentioned on website.

Gud day.

My name is Merwin Raja, and my cus id is[protected].

Im a long time customer with videocon D2h, And this is the first time i have been cheated by the technician. Kindly do the needful.

I have requested for re-location two months before, tech visited my home and installed the dish. He asked for Rs.450/- as a service charge, and i payed Rs.500/- ( Rs.50/- he didnt return).

After that i am back in my home on yesterday as i am out of city. And found my channels are not coming through, still i recharged for Rs.200/- to get my channels activated temporarily. Still my channels are not up and message is displaying as 'INSUFFICIENT BALANCE'. Called customer service to know the details, and the cus.service executive told me that the technician who visited didnt pay my Rs.500/- to recharge and he kept with himself and absconded. Now my account has been charged for the installation service and amount of Rs.450/- has been deducted from my D2h Account and now my balance went in minus and n0w my balance is Rs. -247/- since i recharged for Rs.200/-.

Kindly take necessary action on the technican who looted my money. And also kindly help me on getting my money Rs.450/- refunded back to my account.
