From last 48 hours i have called customer care no of videocon D2H more than 25 time to add and activate 5 channels as i was not able to do the same from Videocon D2H official web sight.
But whenever i called the customer care no they are telling me they have added my requested channels and to keep my set top box in on condition for 15 mins so that the requested channels could get activated. but the channels are not getting activated. after Several arguments from last 24 hours they have finally raised the complaint at 11am on 26.06, 2019 COMPLAINT NO[protected] stating that my problem will be resolved by 7.33 pm on the same day. But as there was no progress from their side again i called several time to know the status of my complaint. Again they are telling the same story that they will add and activate the requested channels but there is no solution from there side.
Fed up of their reply i have asked them to transfer the call to their senior but they kept on telling his no is busy and i should wait till they connect the call and made me to wait for 15 to 20 mins on line till they transfer the call. they have not transferred the call saying the seniors line is busy.
At last after more than 20 calls again i was able to talk to the senior supervisor and asked him regarding my compplaint no[protected] and he was unable to solve the issue and before resolving the old complaint he has raised another complaint bearing no[protected] and now it will be resolved by 30th june 2019 by 4 pm.
I am really fed up from Worst service of Videocon D2h and request you to intervene form your side to resolve the issue immediately on top priority.
