[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — non - refund of failed transaction fund

I am s. Balaji prasath, customer id[protected], made recharge for 500 rs - 5 times on[protected], first four recharge got failed and fifth one recharged in my d2h account, 3rd & 4th failed transaction were refunded immediately after the failed transaction, but 1st and 2nd transaction hasn't refunded until now.

Launched complaint thru mail, telecom, nothing has resolved my problem.

Very irresponsible action taken, playing with the customer.
