[Resolved] Videocon D2H — not able to connect to the customer care

Few days back, i have recharged d2h with a 450 pack and that day we were able to view all the channels including bengali regional channels. But after that day, we are not able to view any of the bengali regional channels. We have tried so many times to the customer care toll free number, but seems busy every time.
