DearTeam,
I have recharge online two three
days back by selecting the required channels.We
were able to see the selected channels two three
days.But again as per last month issue we are not
able see the selected channels also.
After doing the recharge also
channels getting discontinued, what type service you all are
providing to the customer.Why this is happening
again and again, do u think we only have this work in our
hand...We need proper reason for this
discontinue service. Also start the discontinued channels
immediately.
No action...No response...
Even we are not able to contact customer care as on ivr getting response as ur service get resumed...and call gets disconnected.
