Videocon D2H — not able to see the selected channels from last two months

Dear team,

Last month also after recharge i was not able to see the selected channels.
Around one week the channels got disconnected.
After doing so much follow up call/e-mail it got started.
But the days for which the channels unavailable our money got wasted/no use.
This time we need you to resume the service immediately and u also need to increase the time period for the day it got disconnected.

Expecting the immediate action, because almost one week this problem persist & even after so much follow up it is not get resolved.

Very lastly if you all are not able to provide the service properly & not able to resolve our issue which is produced from your side, kindly return our money.
