I have Prepared my pack in videocon d2H in my online. we didn't get any response. Contacted customer care but not getting satisfactory answers and they want to sell their pack. they are doing mental harassment by giving the same answers. they are not transferring the call to seniors. I got mentally disturbed because of the last call to customer care of videocon d2H. Still didn't get any solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
