Videocon D2H — not activate my own package

I created many time my own package but not activate my package and also sent 5 time mail to videocon but he is not respond. I call him many time but he always tell me only one thing that is system issue. I try to create since last 20 days. So please help me for resolving my issue. My customer id is[protected].
