Videocon D2H — not allowing the customers to choose their own packages | |||
While selecting my own package, my product is not recognised as HD and only SD channels are being selected. Despite my repeated complaints to customer care by emails I have not received any reply. All the phone no. on site of the company and also at zonal office at Mohali are not being picked up. I am not getting any help for the last more than 4 days. I have recharged my connection also but I am unable to see HD channels despite the fact I have HD set top box. Neither the phone no. is being picked up nor reply to emails are being sent. I have even requested for a call back on their site more than 10 times but to no avail. Kindly help. My VIDEOCON D2H CUSTOMER ID IS 47669150 & MY REGISTERE NO. WITH COMPANY IS [protected]. We would like to inform you that if you want to make any changes in the package then you can do the same from your end through the website or application and if still, you are facing any error while selecting the package kindly share the screenshot of the error.
