Videocon D2H — not changing the products code, while opted for downgrading the products

Several times I have opted to downgrade the product code from Gold Maxi to Flexi Delhi but they are not changing the product code .And it is also notable that while I have opted to upgrade the product they have changed/upgraded it within a minute.Friends be careful about while up grading the package.
