Videocon D2H — not giving proper information about train offer and not activation of my choice channel

Sir unfortunately i am a customer having with d2h customer id[protected] name of owner g maitoi. Sir after the activation of trai tariff plan the concern department are stop to giving any technical support through ivr and they are not continuing my channel viewing service. I tried again and again to contact them but they replied that they had nothing info about this subject customer should update their service at their own risk.. When i had sufficient balance in my d2h account 343.88 rs. I want to know what can i do against them.
