I m videocone d2h subscriber from 5 years. From couple of months, there is issue in some channels are getting frizzed.
I called there customer care service, many time they just refreshed and send some commend, but my issue not solved.
Customer service agent said that he will send technical person at my place but I have to pay 200/- . ..what nonscence? Why should customer have to pay 200Rs.
Its videocone problem its not customer issues that they are not able to see only particular channels.
Even my set up box and cable line are cleared, my all channels are cleared except some marathi .
Then why should customer have to pay for there studip service. Was this information helpful? |
