[Resolved] Videocon D2H — not offering channels to select as per trai guidelines and cheating customer | |||||
As per the new trai guidelines we can choose our own channels according to our wish but, videocon d2h company is cheating on us and won't allow to choose channels according to our wishes and not only this they are keep on blocking my current channels from pack day by day. Also can't able to contact there customer care number & customer mail service. My customer id is 74957744. And when we go to videocon d2h website to select our own pack they won't allow you to select hd channels, the only option they is sd channels.
