I am gopal prasad having customer id no 91262346. I have been calling your customer service from last 01/07/2016 complaint id[protected]. But yet my complaint (Signal not available) has not been resolved. First complaint i made on dtd 24/june 2016. From last 13 days i am unable watch television, eventually only because your engineer failed to visit.
These 13 day 24/06/2016 complaint id[protected] delays in service have made me loss of my money and valuable time which i wasted behind chasing you.
I hope you will take an accountability for loss of money & time take place due to negligence in customer support service..
