Videocon D2H — not responding to the request for recharging your required channel | |||
Sir, we have the videocon d2h dish connecion, as per the new trai norms and rules we called the customer care of videocon d2h to get it recharge our selected channels, for which we didn't get any proper response, infact we have our account balance of rs.240 which we had recharged for 3 months previously, after this new trai rules now we called the customer care where they are asking to recharge with their new package name or do it through their website. Very irresponsible and false informations and making us wait on the line for very long time of about 1 hour to 2hr. We are really fed up with this subscriber. Earlier also we have struggled a lot while taking the connection and installation after paying the exact amount, we waited for more than a month for the activation for which we mentally and physically a lot, as calling them every day and searching their office to get it sort it out.
