[Resolved] Videocon D2H — not see my activate channel | |||||
I am trying to connect videocon d2h customer care for changing my plan but call not getting connected same has been escalated earlier to email id but not getting reply.. Due to which i have not viewing my tv I'd 79872050. I have been calling 80 times last 2 month on customer care number [protected] but is not working even tried from other number still same. I am trying to migrate to new trai pack but without any success. I have reached out to videocon d2h customer care multiple times but they are also not able to help. Customer care is only making false statements day after day, also i feel the customer care agents and their supervisors are uneducated and does not know how to speak properly. It has happened multiple times that the agents disconnect the call when they are not able to provide any answer. I am still facing the issue and i do not know whom to reach to get my issue resolved... Was this information helpful? | |||||
