Videocon D2H — overcharging of monthly subscription

This complaint is regarding overcharging subscription for dual connections under one customer id.

D2h is deliberately not providing any option through their website to choose different plan for 2nd connection. They are deliberately copying channels chosen for primary connection to another. Snapshot attached.

Even after making multiple complaints no revert has been received yet and it’s been a month I am following up with them.

Call center agents told me to subscribe through their mobile app then only i will get the option select channels whereas there is no such option present neither on website nor at app. I have complained about this to nodal officer but no revert even after 1 week

For the channels i chose for primary id it amounted to me Rs 357 for a month and I paid 500 Rs but it got consumed for only 15 days.

Now, I want the subscription duration should be extended and some option to be given to select channels for 2nd connection to me on immediate basis.

This is a fradulent activity to troll customers and overcharge just to earn money on their own terms.
