Videocon D2H — package / add ons | |||
Hi, I am customer of videocon d2h from last more than 09 years now and not satisfied with the service provided. I have emailed you on 06th february 2019 but there is no response so far. I am not able to understand why there are add-on channels are added to my account without any confirmation from my site wither on email or phone. Can you please remove all these add-on channels from my account and do not activate any add-on channel/pack to my account, even if it is free for some time and then its chargeable. You have already deducted a lot of amount from my account for such type of add-on channels for which i had a lot of telephonic conversation with your team and all calls are recorded, but still the problem is not resolved. Also i have created my own pack as per trai's new guidelines and submitted to you through your website. There is no acknowledgement received yet. Just wanted to know from when my own created package will be applicable to my account and further procedure. Was this information helpful? | |||
