[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Payment made but not confirmed

This is to inform that I had booked a new connection online and the payment regarding the same of amount Rs.2650 was made by me through paytm on 28th June 2022 at their website www.d2h.com. After making the payment no response was received regarding the same from their end. I made a call on their customer care number and none of them gave a satisfactory response rather one of the customer care agent booked a post paid connection .The technician arrived at my house and after setting up started asking for recharge. Therefore, I request them to either refund the payment made by me or take needful action for the same as soon as possible as it's been a week now

As per the confirmation received from the service team, you have already purchased another D2H connection with VC [protected] dated 4 July 2022 and want to cancel this request against ticket number [protected] and return your payment. The amount has been refunded from our side against Order id HO-062822-RIL-43599 and same will be credited/update in customer account within 7 to 10 working days.
