I have
videocon d2h connection in delhi. My customer ID is 78406048 and
connection modem card no. [protected]. Against this connection in Sept
2014 I got the setup box changed as the earlier one was not working.
Now again it is not working. What leads me to complaint at this forum
is to let you know about the poor quality of setup boxes being supplied
to the customer and this has become a rather way out to force them pay
engineer charges of rs. 150 for visit. this visit is nothing but to
find the way to mint money. the engineer comes, he has to do nothing
with the box since they know that they cannot repair it and would ask
the customer to get the box replaced by paying another rs. 500 or more.my
request is if this type of practice goes on, how long videocon d2h
would be able to sustain. market is full of other competitors. you
would get bad name since i am going to flash my complaint over twitter
and facebook to let people know what quality of product videocon is
supplying through their contractors whose aim is to harass the customer
